Moving On Celebration
Wednesday, June 8th
1:30-2:25 pm
Randall Playground
12:45 pm - Playground will be open for families to come in a find a spot to sit (bring your own chair or blanket)
1:15-1:30 pm - Classes line up and come out to the playground
1:30-1:50 pm - Words to the graduates and music presentation
1:50-2:10 pm - Classroom student names will be announced
2:10-2:25 pm - Greet and gather with families
Last day of school is June 9!!
Remember that it is a full day...:)
Math
- Review days :) Check with your 5th grader on what they are working on because each teacher has their own plan of action based on classroom needs.
Science
- We finished our last science unit!!
- For the remainder of the year we will use this time to explore topics in social studies and science that the students want to learn more about.
Literacy
- Word Work this week involved some review games and taking a final spelling check.
- Each classroom is doing their own Whole Group Reading for the remaining weeks and writing projects. Ask your child to share with you!
- Quarter 4 writing genre will be opinion.
